There is a press release for North America; it’s called Persona 5 Royal in North America, no “The” in the title. I’ll paste the text here since this article seems to just be based on the trailer, though the press release really doesn’t say much more at all.
The official site says “Coming to the west in 2020.” That’s pretty much all it says.

Telling people that you could land on an asteroid three years before a game comes out is not a promise. You don’t understand what that word means.
My goto for small things (the smaller spiders, skeevers, and even low-level wolves) is to just hold my shield up. If you have a shield that does damage (I’ve gotten three so far), it kills them the first time they attack you. Probably slower than a spell in a lot of cases, but not much slower.
Been playing up to about level 12 now. Gameplay is basic, but combat can be pretty hectic against tougher enemies. Graphics are good, movement is pretty wonky. Leveling seems useful enough and the skill system seems fine, if boring.

Check out land of the lustrous. It is the one exception I think. ...but I agree, the pokemon CG doesn’t look like it’s fixing any of Japan’s typical CG Anime woe’s
