And that’s fair to say, but again, let’s put things in perspective. GTA & RDR are fairly straight forward Open world games mechanically, not RPGS. There are way more mechanics at play in a game like cyberpunk vs a typical Rockstar sandbox game.

So delays and mismanagement aside, it still kind of baffles me how much their relatively small team was able to pull together for 2077 with their roughly 1111 Employees. To put that in perspective, Ubisoft was sitting around 18k last year through their branches (obviously prior to C-19).

It always seems funny when people compare a game that’s in complete Maturity, filled with DLC and years of bug fixes, to a game which is much more ambitious on it’s second day of release. But that’s just me...

Paimon somehow strikes the right chords between annoying, useful, funny and kawaii. What’s even more shocking as this is the case for BOTH the english dub and the Japanese Dub (I’m a Jap dub person)

Don’t bother. People can’t seem to think logically when it comes to things like this. I gave up trying to defend them and resigned myself to just enjoy the product. 

As you kind of bring up, rates are kind of a reflection of a lower amount of actual characters than say.....Fire emblem or your othjer Gacha of choice. I think it’s 20. They’d have to fill in with weapons to have any kind of long term ambitions 

I’m not sure why this is so difficult for people to grasp. Investors are probably pretty antsy due to the current economic situation

This is probably going to continue being an issue as we go forward. Games are already doing a lot in terms of cinematic storytelling that when it’s time for them to be adapted, what’s left to do but a fresh take on the series?
Yakuza is already incredibly cinatematic. I remember times where I actually finished eating…

Really? I’m doing a new play through to get to the DLC’s I missed over the years and honestly, coming right off of beating RDR2 on PC, this game can still hang just fine. I also have much more capable hardware than I did back then..so grain of salt I guess

While this was corny as hell, having watched all the series/movies shown, this sure as hell made me kinda well up with emotion

Genuinely happy the series has gotten it’s western audience back to a place that warrants an actual english dub....but god, please I hope they keep the Japanese dub in the game as an option
