It wasn’t for nothing to me.  It was inspiring.  I hate that she felt like she had to do this, and I hate that she received so much shit for it, and I hate that her life has been upended.  But it wasn’t for nothing to me, and to my fellow assault survivors.

I told my boss yesterday that I just knew they’re going to find a way to screw this up even WORSE than the way they treated Anita Hill. Twenty-five goddamn years later and things have only gotten worse.

Looking in from the outside I can judge her as making a terrible choice but I can also look at some of the horrible decisions I’ve made, because I thought I loved someone and hope I wasn’t judged too harshly.

I think she’s an asshole. But I agree with you. Let her do what she wants, maybe it will take some time for her to accept what her husband truly is. 

I would be hard-pressed to find that many people from high school whom I remember AT ALL, or who likely remember me or any pertinent details of my behavior at the time.

I agree. I cannot tell most people in Hollywood apart. I suspect part of the reason they cast all female roles to young, skinny, and blond is because if they are interchangeable, they are replaceable.

Thank you. I understand the thought, but after a childhood of being told that "Alcoholism is a Family Disease"  I side-eye majorly after hearing such sentiments. It pissed me off being called sick because of the continuing actions of another person.
