Robot Carnival is the anime film that always stuck with me the most from the “Saturday Anime” days of the Sci-Fi Channel(now SyFy for whatever the fuck reason), and Joe Hisaishi is the guy that did a lot of the legwork for the soundtrack. Like in this wonderfully cheesy short in the film!
