They made their decision and it was a bad decision.
They made their decision and it was a bad decision.
“Twitter is trash”—Typical Facebook user.
Considering how many rock stars have died from drugs and suicide, it’s fair to say that they have their own demons to work though. Let them focus on their shit, and we'll focus on ours.
It has completely been a non-issue and yet comes up in every review.
Treem sounds awful. I mean, this:
I hate that “I’m a feminist” cop out. This isn’t about feminism, or women’s rights, this is about how Treem has treated those in a subordinate position to herself. And she failed miserably.
Yipes. Just goes to show you that having a female showrunner doesn’t inoculate a production from these kinds of issues. Sounds really similar to what allegedly happened on the set of Smilf.
The only thing that bothers me about not seeing Mando’s face is people complaining that they can’t see Mando’s face.
Yeah, it’s pretty clearly “Let’s spend 5 hours recreating fun, pulpy, 40s, 50s and 60s schlock, with incredible execution.”
It’s funny to me (not really) how these types of Black men who accuse powerful Black women like Oprah of anti-Black male bias for calling out misogynistic behavior by prominent Black men (e.g. Simmons, Bill Cosby and R. Kelly) never show compassion for their victims, who’re are almost always Black women.
I’m not quite sure the importance of what of Cam’ron thinks exists. I’m going to need more proof.
“Upwardly failing”
We need some more Jocks to smash’em. Smash’em good!
Dammit, you chucklefuck, your intentions were perfectly clear. You wanted to hurt and embarrass a total stranger because some stray gross impulse darted across your lizard brain and being a white male, you never even thought to resist or question it. You honestly expected her to find that funny or at least “laugh it…
I wouldn’t make that big of a deal out of what Wilde said, for the simple reason that I don’t expect the star of the movie to shit on the director and the movie before the movie even comes out, and risk being labelled “difficult” and ending up doing commercials and shitty TV shows instead of being the next big thing…
The last decade of Alan Moore being a “grumpy dick” prettty much just amounts to hack bloggers purposely needling him on topics that he very famously has very little good to say about.
Yeah, Moore never hated superheroes, that was Ennis (and even that is a bit overblown).
Yeah, I saw it in Manhattan (it was not screened for press in the U.S.), and while I used AMC Stubs for my ticket, I brought my kid and hers was indeed $5. In Manhattan!! They don’t even to matinees after noon!
It’s pretty obvious that the criticism is rooted in the editor-in-chief taking issue with the movie inventing something defamatory about one of their former employees and not because he only wants likeable female characters.
I sympathize with his mental health struggles, truly, I do. However, if you are very sensitive to opinions about your work and life, maybe being a famous stand-up comedian who publicly dates very famous women is not the right life for you.
