I understand your message, but I wouldn't say it's totally fine. Some people did have a problem with 'Tropic Thunder' because of the blackface, but ultimately it was a combination of his approach and the context that made it more acceptable than it would have normally been.
The stereotype of the Jewish nose is that it's curved and hooked. Look at the caricatures of them and you'll see the difference right away. I'll warn you ahead of time that they're awful.
