Yes, but it required three failures to occur. First, the APU did not work. Second, she ignored the safety briefings. Third, she ignored common sense by ignoring the visible spinning disc at the center of each engine.

She already had three kids so no Darwin award, we’re doomed.

You do realize that’s only an average of 2.7 miles a day round trip, right?

That’s not it works.

We want foreign investment in the US, land/real estate included.

“but I actually agree with banning foreign entities from owning land / real estate within our boarders.”

The Chinese have priced out Canadians from their own neighborhoods.

But they aren’t only selling them to foreign investors. They sell them to the highest bidder who is more often American.

In the case of the Saudi farm, the owners are the problem. The problem is water regulation.

The Roman Empire did not fall because the Goths stormed through the city gates. It fell because trade started to fail between the regions. The cheapest and best way to avoid global conflict is to have robust global trade.

It’s called free enterprise. We used to believe in it. Back when we were winning.

The reason for allowing foreign investment into our economy (which is what we are talking about) should be fairly obvious.

So... should Americans be banned from buying property outside the US? Be vacation homes or permanent homes?

Or there could be a manufacturer defect. Or a piece can fall off someone else’s car and puncture a tire. Or a bird could fly into it. Those are all things out of the driver/team’s control. SOME failures such as pushing the tires too hard, or staying in the high power engine mode for too long can lead to failure, but

We need to be careful how you define ‘braking’ with this guy. Technically it can go into regen any time you are not on the accelerator - that can be while braking with the brake pedal, but also when you are coasting.

What, exactly, do you think regeneration is? (Hint: It doesn’t “drag on” performance.)

Other things to worry about (in the longer term):

The vast majority of people I see with their high beams on all the time are driving cars that are nowhere near new enough (or nice enough) to have auto high beams.

The company also told them whatever they were getting was worth 15k euros. In fact, the solid gold comment isn’t even in the 2nd sentence which is the actual promotional offer. IMO providing the monetary value should have cleared up any doubts of what the can was actually worth.

Five Guys is also 2 to 3 times the price of an In N Out burger (depending on your market).
