There is a thing called go with the flow, regardless of what the speed limit it, assuming ideal conditions, it’s safer to drive the same speed as everyone else rather than going much faster/slower. Inside the loop in Houston the limit is 55 mph, IF you do the limit YOU WILL DIE, the average speed is closer to 80 85
