There’s a big population of readers here that must work in Service or Software industries. People cannot seem to grasp that many of us produce physical products. Can I work from home? Sure. But it’s infinitely more efficient for someone to walk into my office to tell me a machine is broken, parts came out bad, etc.…

Heat rises. Open freezers have open tops; therefore cold air stays down, inside the freezer, and hot air stays above, outside the freezer.

Hot air rises. Every open freezer I have ever seen has an open top. Cold air inside the freezer stays below the edges of the top.
