As a Canadian who often travels to the US for business, I can tell you that a lot foreigners know more about US politics and history then Americans.

It’s IN THE NAME. US VIRGIN ISLANDS. *slams head into wall*
I’m Canadian, and I admit that my US geography knowledge is truly terrible. But even *I* knew this. I’m quite sure most 5th graders in the US know this. How does the occupant of the White House not know this?
He also built a new pressing plant in Detroit, and pays a living wage plus health insurance. The industry standard....so much lower. Third man does a ton for Nashville/Detroit communities and charities.
You are super-weirdly devoted to the integrity of the concept of rhyming.
I felt like their silence and stoic expressions added a certain gravitas.
Because it’s not their job to take down the Orange Fucknugget?
RIP Trump. Eminem fucking killed it, I’ll never know how he comes up with stuff like that, especially off the top of his head. That Fantastic Four reference, my inner comic book nerd was doing backflips.
Eh, I’ll take this. Sets an example to follow, and from his body language from start to finish, he would just super-love to for-real slice Trump with a sword after that. Words ain’t enough.
And it’s the calm-rage. Like... oh fuck it, I’m quoting a Redditor:
Dude has heart, that’s hard to deny. Give the man a bit of credit, he ain’t just there for the cultural appropriation, he’s sincere.
Gave me chills. Maintain the rage, all right.
Well traditionally, freestyles, or in this case for the BET event, other rappers either stand in back or crowd around to hear each other’s freestyles and raps. Sometimes its for moral support or to simply hype up the rap vibe even more.
Unpopular opinion, but...good.
Fuck me. As someone who takes hip hop pretty seriously, I have never been a fan of Eminem (not because he isn’t talented; he clearly is, he just doesn’t appeal to my sensibilities) but this is REAL.
Damn. He hit every fucking note: The Wall, The Klan, North Korea, McCain, Hillary, the NFL, the distractions, Puerto Rico, Gun control, drain the swamp, the military, the Deplorables.....everything.
that was INCREDIBLY powerful. I felt it in my gut and my toes.
I don’t like eminem that much, but damn this was well-done, full of authentic rage and truth, and carthartic AF to watch.
What makes it cool is that he “free-styled” it off the top of his head. Its one of his talents that made him famous.
Never been a fan of Eminem, but this was good. The best part was when he drew a line in the sand for his fans who support trump. Because you know they are there, they were watching and there are a lot of them. I’m glad he told them to fuck off.
