I took my non-English speaking mom on a mother/daughter movie outing to watch this film. The plot was obviously too byzantine for her to follow but the action set pieces worked for her. The helicopter/cliff scene made her anxious and triggered her mild vertigo.

Darren Criss was shockingly good as Andrew Cunanan. There is a stiff, formal, reptile quality to him that really works for the character. Plus his appropriate half Filipino heritage was a fortunate jackpot for the casting director.
