I’m in San Antonio, which is indicated as $46K in order to buy a house. The median house price, here, is currently $210K- which would buy you a nice house in a solid district- probably a 3/2, 1750-2000 sq. ft. That’s assuming you have no other debts, which is rare.

Politics, personality, family issues aside, she’s an attractive lady.

Ultimately, I feel like Bland-Kaine was picked so that no one would ever consider knocking off Hillary, because then we’d be left with Kaine.

I’m a lawyer. It’s not so much at my firm (conservative defense firm), but I notice more at Plaintiffs’ firms many of the female lawyers and paralegals wear very provocative clothing- what I refer to as stripper heels (4-6" heel, platform toe), and very tight skirts/tops. I always ask myself when club attire became

For a civil case they occasionally try and accommodate party’s work/life schedule.

It’s a civil trial- burden is “preponderance of the evidence,” not “reasonable doubt.” She sued him, rather than try and have him prosecuted. Interesting choice.

So we’re upset about a company that used to not offer paid maternity leave, but now does, because they didn’t just automatically offer it at the beginning? They didn’t, when asked by employees, just automatically offer 2 months of, basically, free salary.

1. I do NOT like Trump. I am not voting for him, would never vote for him, not happy with the idea of him in the White House.

2. What’s it feel like to be, essentially, a journalist, but with no scintilla of any journalistic ethics?

In reality, depending on time of year, incentives, etc., These are selling for under $60K, with 6 years no interest, so with a decent trade-in and solid cash downpayment you’re at less than $600/month. I’m looking between a Lariat/King Ranch FX4 SuperCrew or a Tahoe- something comfortable for trips with the wife, 2

God forbid people want a vehicle with more capability than they may ever need regularly- 4wd, ability to tow and haul, etc.- AND gobs of interior comfort for when they knock about town or go on roadtrips. No, everyone must have a small but comfortable car with great gas mileage AND a piece of shit, bare bones, single

I downloaded all of his singles. He’s got an album out, soon. Really like his music.

Related: a. poor people, or people raised in poverty, prefer larger breasts; b. thicker hips/butts are correlated with smarter children.

So for $1M to $2M you can have the top-of-the-line Porsche, McLaren, Ferrari supercars...for $2M to $3M you can have even more batshit crazy Red Bull/Aston Martin or Mercedes-AMG F1-inspired hypercars...or for $3M+ you can have Pagani or Koenigsegg megacars. What a time to be uber-wealthy.

Timmy doesn’t do the e-mail. He hand-calligraphied personalized cards to the Presidents of all of the sports media outlets, on just gorgeous ecru card stock.

In the interest of fairness, are we going to see an article about, for instance, the criminal who fled U.S. justice and then, in the final hours of Bill’s presidency, was granted a pardon (after large donations to the DNC). Or how Hillary, after entering the WH for Bill’s first term decided she wanted some

I switched from Bank of America to San Antonio-based Frost Bank. It’s not a credit union, but it’s an old, local bank that provides a lot more personal services than some of the mega banks (like BoA), like low/no fees and a personal banker.

The best glue for wood is 2P-10. It’s a 2-part adhesive, one a gel/goo you spread on one of the wood pieces, the other an aerosol you spray on the other, press the two pieces together for 10 seconds (and not clamp strength, just press), and the bond is typically stronger than the wood itself.

My frustration with millennials stems from the fact, and you see this in all of the “how to manage millennials” articles, they want, in the workplace, to feel like they’re making a difference, and, when managing them, you have to, basically, give them two praises for every criticism. A. not every job will have some

And Trump has like 60-70 pounds on Bill. You’re right, though, either the last heart operation or the vegetarianism has left ol’ bill lookin’ mighty frail.

I appreciate the life cycle image. I’m looking to replace my 13 year old Explorer at the end of the year with something new, and keep looking at the Grand Cherokee, but if they’re coming out with a new model by the end of ‘17, not sure I want a new, expensive vehicle that looks last-generation within the year.
