“...a couple of thousand individual yellowjackets.”

Well, then, my parents are f*cked. My dad sits out by his pool with a couple of cans of wasp/hornet spray and kills 3 or 4 a night. I’ve seen them fly into different spots in his flower beds.

Also, those dudes are hard to kill with spray. You gotta just inundate them,

In my current house, we only have carpet in the bedrooms. Eventually, that will go, as well.

All measurements of horsepower start with a measurement of torque, at a given engine speed. HP = (torque, in ft.lbs. x engine speed, in RPM) / 5252.

They're open at the fingers and made of plastic. Most states define illegal brass knuckles as closed around the fingers and/or made of metal.

For when you’re taking two girls home, but only have a second seat in your sports car...

I mean, I know I could never keep it that clean- imagine the oil stains on that glossy white floor- but I deserve a shot at trying!

Even if you bank on making more money in the future- like you have a cush government job where you really can’t get fired, you can’t imagine quitting, and you get regular raises- people forget having families. I had two kids in my mid-20s and, even as my income has risen, steadily, I find I have way less disposable

Absolutely. And people shouldn’t be afraid of the ROTC or Nat’l Guard route, either. ROTC paid for my first 3 years of college (medical issue for my 4th year got me out).

$9! When I get them free from the dry cleaners...and can toss them after I get dressed at the gym?!

They are in one case...and the dealership...and the aftermarket modifier who added taller tires...along with the owner of the cart who, honestly, failed to supervise.

I grew up driving/riding carts so I get it, but I’ve learned, in my practice, they are quite dangerous, even as so many people think- “they’re fairly

Any tips for when your parents buy a house 0.6 miles from yours? And, about 1-2x/week drives over for some reason? With little-to-no notice?

And your mom is a clean freak who will, literally, for instance, clean her own window blinds, monthly, with a dry paintbrush (for the dust) and vacuum and, when she comes over,

Maybe the old ones top out at 12- newer electric ones can get into the 20s.

And, as a litigation attorney, I’m currently on two cases involving golf cart accidents- one in which a 9-year-old was driving, busted his head, stopped breathing long enough to suffer permanent brain damage. Another, where a 13-year-old girl

So Porsche’s marketing arm should say, “here’s this insane expensive track-day car that’s not as fast as it could be because of nostalgia.”

I think you just have to be practical with college. Don’t go into massive debt majoring in something without a clear path to gainful employment. A rule of thumb is don’t incur more student loan debt than the first year’s salary post-graduation. So don’t spend $100K getting a B.A. in English.

Dual clutch IS faster. Porsche’s point with the GT3 is that it's a track day car, that happens to be street legal. Goal is speed.

As others have said, it’s likely a general liability insurance- covers for things arising from the liability of the university, including actions of employees, with some exceptions and exclusions. Not all that unusual.

The Regera, as awesome as it is, isn’t particularly designed for all-out, balls-to-the-wall quickness and speed (which it will have), so much as being a comfortable, usable super/hyper car. I have no doubts that the AM-RB will be lighter, almost as powerful, but with insanely better aero than any road car ever

Good info. I do think I’ve been going too wide- after a heavy DL day I end up with fairly sore lats...I’ll try moving in and see if there’s any impact.

I don’t know how translatable a bike’s German price, in Euros, is to its final USD price- yeah, you can convert the Euro price to USD, as they did here, but, more often than not, bikes and cars end up cheaper than that in the U.S. The BMW may well end up at Scrambler money in the U.S.- I bet that’s how the benchmark

Evo video says all new naturally aspirated V12 along with some form of hybrid tech. And I highly doubt the tranny will be manual. Probably a tamed F1-style box.
