I've thought for awhile that Walt would have to kill Jesse; that his character arc basically demanded it, that it would be the final act on his path to evil.  Even still, I thought it would have been the proverbial "Old Yeller" sort of scene where Walt tearfully did what he believed he needed to.  But, goddamn, the

I think Gilligan has done a great job of doing it both ways.  Obviously we know things won't end well for Walt or anyone around him that much is predictable.  We've known this since we saw the broken man buying an assault rifle in a Denny's last year.  And yet, I still have no idea how the finale will actually go

Ok, so we know how Walt makes it to New Hampshire now.  Any guesses on how his house gets ransacked and what happens to his family?  I mean, I assume the Nazis have something to do with it, I just can't exactly see how.

Jesse turned him in, and by extension caused Hank's death.  Walt was operating out of pure anger and hatred at that moment.

So….who else is about a thinking Todd and Lydia spin off?

Wouldn't that be Chili and Donuts?

Hank was on to something about all that Walt for Jesse. Really it's Walt's affection for Jesse that ultimately led to all of Walt's troubles. After Hank beats Jesse up, in the hospital Jesse tells Walt that he's going to keep cooking even with the DEA watching him, and that he will give Walt up when he gets caught.

The show has never really offered a good explanation as to why such a talented chemist ended up teaching high school.  I know it isn't particularly important at this point in the show, but I've always wondered why Walt wasn't working in a research lab somewhere for double or triple his teacher salary.

Walt will kill Jesse before this is over.  Maybe even in the next episode. Throughout the run of the show Jesse is the only person Walt has actually put him self on the line to protect. Killing him will reverse all of that, and will be his final turn to bad.

And Bergamot tea, but NOT Earl Grey

Anna Gunn talked about it in the Talking Bad chat fest.  They used a doll for a lot of that scene.

Nah, that was only quoted at half a million for the whole family.  The storage unit of cash had way way more than that.  Hell, the silverfish probably ate as much.

Maybe Walt should have run it through the car wash on a flatbed first.

Ransacked, yes.  By the DEA, however is a little more unclear.

I was thinking about that scene.  Am I the only one who thinks the White residence looked way too vandalized for it to just have been vacant a few months? Obviously someone knew Heisenberg used to live there.  Something had to have gone down there beyond Walt and/or family just skipping town.

No he doesn't, but it would come out pretty fast. There's also then fact that he was working with Walt off the books when investigating Gus. Even though he wasn't collaborating, it kind of would look like it to an outsider

Well all his medical bills were paid with Walt's meth money, so that certainly complicates things.  I'm really looking forward to where they go with Hank.  He's clearly not going to drop the whole thing, the secret is obviously out in the flash forwards, and yet Walt is still free.

I'm so glad they didn't drag out Hank's investigation. There's so much ground to cover between here and whatever is going on in the flash forwards, no time to waste. Can't wait for next week.

No, she definitely took Yunkai.

Oh good, I'm not the only one
