I sell MB’s, and if a car has a ‘night’ package, it sells quick. People like the murdered out look.

The dream:
The liveries are the problem. I don’t mind if cops drive Explorers, but in my city their Explorers are black paint, wheels, and trim and then the city name is written in barely readable slightly different color black paint. And this is every car. You can’t even tell whether it’s a police vehicle or not until you are…
How can they live out paramilitary fantasies then?
Coming soon to a grocery store parking lot near you: someone taking 5 tries to back one of these into a space then making a face like they nailed it.
Same with Tahoes.
That said they should not be allowed to sell blackout trim packages on Ford Explorers, especially white and dark grey models.
There is a caveat here. The 2.5L Altima was TRASH. The 3.5L was, for all intents and purposes, not awful and relatively quick. It was basically a Maxima that could be had for cheaper.
Never underestimate an english guy with a shed.
I am pretty sure that is what a Saturn ION didn’t look like during production. It might not get the hate if it actually looked like that.
Counterpoint: The PT Cruiser needed, and deserved, to die. They just replaced it w/something so bad, arguably worse in every measurable category, that people actually looked back on the PT Cruiser with fondness when presented w/the alternative.
GM and Chrysler really cleaned up on this one.
Tell me you didn’t read the article without telling me you didn’t read the article.
You really need to read the article.
All of that is mentioned in the article?
This was an easy NP considering I myself purchased a 94 b4000 4x4 LE in similar condition/mileage in Jan for $6000
It’s already sold. A clean 4x4 Ranger that still has 5 digits on the odometer is a steal at $7,000. The seller could have gotten more than that, so I’ll applaud them for not contributing to the market bloat for pre-modern Rangers.
And... it’s gone. As of this comment, the article had been published for 27 minutes.
For a 4x4 this price seems surprisingly fair. I expected to see 200K miles or something goofy like that when I kept reading. For the price and condition, this is a rare Nice Price in this market.
Damn straight, that’s a nice price! Even like the yellow! Clean-looking and low mileage and a not-insane price. Seller could probably ask more and get it in this alternate-reality.
