Yeesh. That pun was so bad I broke out in hives.

If Patrick had refused to play Professor X, there are no X-Men movies.
Hugh Jackman becomes a beloved multiple Tony-winner who gets a surprise audition for Bond, but loses to a relatively unknown Michael Fassbender and really never breaks through in movies, with the exception of the cult classic “Real Steel”
The exploits of Wedge Antilles and Rogue Squadron in the X-Wing books are my last hope for good EU Star Wars media.
I have some friends that have been having a rough time lately, and that bit made them laugh. One of them asked for a gif of that. It’s not my best work, but this is what I came up with for them
You’d think Mando might have installed a switch on the *inside* by this point... Or maybe this is how they’re working in the grand Star Wars tradition of hand removal to the show.
I was in the minority that like Origins pretty well (far more than I liked Knight) so I’m excited for this. Are we thinking Bruce faked his death completely, or died a li’l bit and gets Lazarused? Because I strongly doubt they’re going to leave him dead.
Yep. I think Carter wanted him to reprise the Kolchak role but McGavin didn’t want to do that, so they created the FBI character instead.
I believe I read somewhere that Kolchak was the primary inspiration behind Fox Mulder and the X-Files in general.
I love GB Tetris. I have very fond memories of playing it on long car trips to the beach. I still fire it up once in a while on the emulator if for no other reason than to hear the wonderful chip tune theme music.
I think I have an old Gameboy lying around with the cartridge still in it.
I found my old G1 Gameboy recently. Had to clean the contacts of the Gameboy and the cartridges but then it fired right up. Tetris is the same as it ever was. Surprisingly, the external rechargeable battery pack is still capable of holding a charge, too.
But... but! Nick Offerman is RIGHT THERE!!!
That theme triggers so much terror in this Gen Xer. You can keep “Jaws.” I laugh at “Halloween.” But “Unsolved Mysteries?” That shit sends shudders straight to the soul.
Embarrassing for World War Z (the movie) that Train to Busan redid scenes from it so much better for a fraction of the budget.
I’ve been a huge Thrawn fan since I read Heir to the Empire back in the early 90s or whenever the hell it came out. 16 year old me would be losing his god damned mind hearing this news. 42 year old me is mildly interested to see if anything actually comes of this rumor lol.
Paramount made the right call. Mission Impossible: Fallout was awesome. I got to see Superman load his guns and be a proper bad guy.
“My unique approach to getting to the emotional center will be to try to film it before Harrison Ford passes away.”
I always said that fight made no sense to me. I wanted Sidious to be this master of The Force and not a great duelist. Someone who didn’t have to throw down because he didn’t have to.
