Your daughter may be too brainy, and you should watch out for super-villain tendencies?

As I said last week, I’m still confused as to how original Wells is dead if Thawne is erased from the timeline.
My brainy daughter mentioned that The Thinker’s end game may be related to the fact that his brain power sucks life from his body, whereas Barry’s body regenerates. Barry is a potential source of life for The Thinker. Thoughts?
It is amazing and I think she deserves a ton of credit for how Danielle Panabaker makes Caitlin one of the absolute best ArrowVerse characters, despite the writing for her making no damn sense.
I keep waiting for them to find an excuse to pluck the “original” Wells from before his death for a consult.
I saw an amazing interview with Danielle Panabaker recently & she was asked why Caitlin and only Caitlin has meta powers that make her have an evil, alternate personality, and she frankly said that she had asked the show’s writers & producers that many times & never received a clear answer so she doesn’t get it…
THERE’S STILL ZERO REASON FOR CAITLIN’S POWERS TO TURN HER EVIL. BAAAAH.
Starfish is clearly meant to be Starro - the villain of the very first issue of JLA.
Also, was I watching a different episode because I really love the Thinker and Sandilands performance and I dug the hell out of this episode. It’s low key and menacing in a way this show hasn’t really done since season 1 Wells. I also…
Other little Wells moment I liked: Cisco telling Barry maybe he is just traumatized by dealing with villains who fake being confined to wheelchairs, and gesturing to our Wells, who as he often has had to do says in an annoyed voice, “that wasn’t me.”
I loved the little moment where Fake Wells knows exactly who DeVoe was, and offers up a smirk and a “good luck” that evidently he didn’t pick up on.
Okay, I’m saying this as a person who genuinely liked Mon-El last season - it’s fucking cruel not to say “Wow, lady, stop hugging me, I’m from the future and I’m married” the instant you show up. If I were Kara, I would have punched him in the face.
It just occurred to me as I was reading this review, now that Sam’s daughter is essentially orphaned, Alex will likely need to adopt her, and oh crap Alex does know a lot about the developmental needs of young Kryptonian females
The trailer for the crossover is awesome. I don’t know what excites me more - Oliver jumping through a vibe portal to shoot a Nazi, Sara and Kara ripping their dresses so they can fight, or the fact that someone thought to invite the beer-swigging pyromaniac to the wedding.
Last season I probably liked Mon-El’s character more than most (largely because of Chris Wood) - but his whole “I can’t reveal anything because the plot won’t let me!” was pretty exasperating tonight.
If the rest of those stasis pods don’t contain the rest of the Legion of Superheroes I’m going to be sad.
No more press core! But keep the press corps! FACTS!!!
I’d have gone with something like “I’m thankful for my family’s health ... and ObamaCare being in place to take care of it along with millions of other Americans.”
Co-sign, they should’ve walked the fuck out of the room with a look of scorn right after she said it.
The Press Corps need to put their collective foot down on ridiculousness like this exercise. This administration needs attention like a fire needs oxygen. Tell this dead eyed churchbitch to cram walnuts for a few days and see how fast they’d be done with childish bullying nonsense.
My local school board has student board members, and I routinely see them showing more leadership, and certainly more courage, than our elected officials.
