Seriously. The argument that person was trying to make is such bullshit anyway. Its fine to have some of those criticisms against Clinton and most “traditional” Dems or Reps for that matter. But, its beyond naive, to think that the people of the Middle East would be safe if the US elects the most thin-skinned,

Any chance you have early voting in your state? If so, please take advantage asap. Its helpful to vote early just in case their is confusion on election day that could make the lines extra long or if you need to sort out any problems. For example, in my state some (Republican) counties have been doing shady things

“Argh! I have never been like this regarding men”

This past summer a guy on the street cough/sneezed directly onto the back of my neck. Not intentionally, but he didn’t cover his face. Its been months and I can still feel the ghost of those wet germs on my skin. UGH.

EWWW!

Yep. Voting 3rd party or abstaining in this existing system is still making the choice that you’re ok with either the Rep. or Dem candidate. Clinton isn’t perfect, but anyone who is ok with contributing towards a Trump presidency (along with a Rep. congress and SCOTUS) is not someone who should be bragging about how

GRRR! Glad that dipshit in Mass. feels safe in his blue state. My latina friends in Texas can thank him if they are forced to deal with the fall out of a Trump presidency.

Oh, well didn’t you just feel honored that ONE white man would still hire you even if the country was engaged in official discrimination and state sanctioned rhetoric against people of color, women, LGBTQ, Muslims, and all immigrants? Tell him that even if he wanted to, with Trump in charge he would NOT be able to

With the most scornful look on his face, he already called them “the uneducated” to their faces.  They ate it up. After Clinton called them “deplorables” they were furious, but then made banners claiming themselves as such. Believe me, they’d excuse away such a video of the hypothetical scenario you describe. A

Agree. Its a VERY generous position. The FBI’s take in the NYT would be more believable had its Republican director not just engaged in unprecedented partisan behavior the week before an election and if Trump himself hadn’t been courting Russian oligarchs for years, fawning over Putin for the entire campaign,

Far too many people justify their lack of support for Clinton by pointing to her emails, the Clinton Foundation, or even Ben-fucking-ghazi (which most can’t really explain or contextualize.) Sure, some things are shady and deserving of criticism. But, Trump has been tied up in countless real scandals, illegal

Even those in blue states shouldn’t be voting for Stein at this point. If, somehow, Trump wins their state then they will be in part responsible. The most important thing now is to defeat Trump. Then, the day after election day, start pressuring Pres. Clinton to enact various legislation favored by those on the left.

So sorry for you. That really sucks.

Deep breathing, cold water, and walking/running outside, ideally near trees.

That was my biggest fear as a kid. Vampires, ghosts, etc. not so scary. But, the thought of being the victim of alien abduction and experimentation scared the shit out of me.

Currently, I like also prefer echo chambers despite my love for truly productive discussions. Ideally, I’ll learn something new or will be able to teach someone a new viewpoint. We’d both be a little better off. But not right now, with the current political climate and so much on the line.  I’ve gradually hidden more

Even that pisses me off. The gesture is nice, but don’t put adhesives on historical objects!

Well, Donald has financial interest in the pipeline. So whatever bullshit he might say then take back then say again, he doesn’t really support the tribes.

Not sure if protestors have a protected right to trespass on just any private land.

It empty bullshit said to look halfway ok to all sides. Every time this sort of thing happens, be it BLM or the ND protests,  politicians urge all parties to be calm, peaceful, and respectful. The problem is that saying this unfairly equates the peaceful demonstrations of protesters with the unjust, brutal offenses
