The answer is “well...DUH”. Not because of any brilliance on the part the wealthy, but because they all employ specialty accountants and tax lawyers who know tax code and all its loopholes.
One of the really insane things abut his working class and poor supporters is that they desperately want government programs like various Medicaid, Social Security, a strong military and support for the troops. They understandably want more help paying medical bills. And yet, they applaud Trump for not paying taxes.
