I think it's safe to say that the reason for this is that the web verison works well enough for the iPad, and I hardly can imagine anybody using a tablet as a go-to sat nav in his/her car.

I love how again, the 3rd party apps are the tragic flaw of a device for Gizmodo (except Apple products of course), completely throwing out the window the fact that any app can be, at any time, updated and corrected.

For me, the screen is the dealbreaker on a tablet (and it's the same with the iPad mini, which, if not the rubbish screen, would probably make me get it). That means Nexus 10 for me.

The thing is the S3 was out half a year earlier. No doubt there are newer and better phones on the market right now, but the S3 was there first.
