I initially thought the same thing, but then I realized I don’t want this franchise turning the minority into the villain. Let the villain also be white, then Diana can team up with a badass minority woman to help her save the day. DONE.

You just know Rashida was not having this ish.
I’ve actually had mostly great stories from OKC. Nothing like a long term relationship, mind you, but just met interesting guys, had good hook-ups. A few pretty bad stories, but mostly good.
Right. So how is that okay? Why isn’t snapchat suing the pants off of insta?
I don’t use snapchat or know much about it, but from what all my friends have said: are instagram and snapchat owned by the same company? How is instagram getting away with basically BECOMING snapchat, just with the option to have images? Instagram seems to copy each of snapchat’s “innovations.”
I’m shocked about the Fire Stick user. I’m a happy apple ecosystem user, and I switched to the Fire Stick from the Apple TV after about 6 years of having an Apple TV. It’s insanely cost-effective. It blows my mind that one is $40 and the other is $200. Ultimately, the Apple TV makes you pay a ~$160 premium for iTunes…
I was just thinking about this today. I want to try my hand at writing a pilot for fun, but my concept has to do with kids and ultimately delivering on a dystopian resolution and I thought...nah, we’ve got too much dystopia on TV right now.
Less likely to succeed specifically due to low quality content, which is what I find especially troubling.
SUBCOMPACT SUV/CROSSOVER: Honda HR-V
and while Ford “kept a respectful distance,” he did offer “some vital insights into the character.”
Try Banshee. I’ve seen all of Ball’s work and didn’t realize until this article that he had anything to do with Banshee. Mild disclaimer: DON’T try Banshee if you can’t handle violence. It is SUPER violent.
Netflix also acquired the rights to Alex Garland’s Annihilation, which will have its streaming debut on February 23.
The ice skating is nice to watch in an aspirational way, but everything else: nope.
Damn, you’re asking the tough questions. But seriously, as an American, this sounds...really compelling. I want to hear the responses!
Woke Skywalker, I was ready to roll my eyes but then I read your screenname and giggled. Well done.
No shade/sarcasm intended: Do you know anything about Black Panther’s Wakanda?
No, I think she meant it the opposite of how you’ve interpreted it. As in, as of this point everything must be described in hyperbole because that’s only accurate representation of it. I may be wrong, but that’s how I chose to interpret her comment.
SO MUCHHHHHH THIS
Kayla, so glad you called out Viola Davis’ lipstick because I was obsessed with it the whole episode. I must find it!
100%.
