You're missing the point. There are toddlers who get abused. Anyone under 18 wearing any kind of clothing is going to be abused if that's what the attacker wants to do. What they're wearing isn't going to have any bearing on whether or not they get attacked.

That's blaming though. Also, women wearing potato sacks get abused, preyed upon, etc. daily. It doesn't matter what we wear.

Sounds like the parents were willingly exploiting their daughter and when the milk soured they decided they didn't want to play anymore. Playing with fire will get your burned every time. They have themselves to blame for handing off their child to this demon.

I'm not a parent but I would assume keeping my hypothetical child safe would be at the top of my list. That being said, I know of tales where parents have killed their children for an ounce of drugs so….yeah.
