I have only seen people pulled over for speeding twice in Miami. Both times the cars were going well over 120mph, and passed the stopped cop obviously sitting on the side of the road waiting for speeders. The Miami cops have more important things to worry about besides speeding.

I95 in Miami/Dade county is so shitty. For some reason 95 in South Florida sucks. They don’t use asphalt. They lay down huge concrete rectangles which always crack.
