The original game consists of 4 acts with different enemies/aesthetics, the DLC adds a 5th. If you play as the new character, every floor will have one room with 5th act enemies and tiles. I’m much more concerned about the sanctuary cities than the wall. Yes, the wall is a stupid waste of money and rude, but I don’t see it doing serious damage to the country (I might not know enough about the issue, though).

You can play without DLC first to see if you like the game. The base game was on sale, last I checked.

See, the cats make me assume it’s some type of weird accident, like a gas or such. A dog would likely be murdered for interfering or making a loud ruckus, but you really gotta work to kill a cat on purpose, unless they’re uncommonly friendly.
