Well, considering *you’re* the protagonist of those novels, by and large, it’s more endemic to how players feel they need to play a game to get “everything” the game offers.

We’re constantly told we can make our own story in these kinds of games, but so often that story is “100% efficient consumption of product” :\
The best way to counteract this kind of behavior, I feel, would be to make it so you leaning too far one way or another negatively affected your standing with other characters—like, saying you’re super for religion would make less religious characters automatically not like you as much when they first meet you.
It’s more full of jumpscares and feeling “alone” than psychological thriller or cramped faces. You’ll be more scared of enemies at first because of how absurdly weak you are; but, after upgrading and figuring out how to play the game a bit, I would say the “horror” aspect dilutes real quick.
Japan largely doesn’t care about the female Saiyans, and most “fans” outright despise Ribrianne and co, so 🤷🏾♂️
That’s a specious connection, my dude.
@sodas-and-fries
I’ve been avoiding everything about the game specifically to go into it as fresh as possible.
Thanks for the tips and mild spoiler! (Edit: It’s completely my fault for going into the article, but I didn’t expect it since I’ve avoided all ge Directs and Treehouses about the game)
I phrased it wrong; I meant “Marvel losing the rights to the word Mutant because they sold movie rights to the X-Men,”
@LunaMaximoff
I’ve always thought that they worked as part of the warring kingdoms on space concept that came out of Annihilation, but even then the space arm of Marvel kind of died off when they killed Thanos again
It’s infuriated me, as a long time X-Men fan, that the past ten years of comics have been a direct attack led by Marvel on the X-Men in an effort to kill their sales and make the Inhumans the new “mutants” of comics.
@Kolani
Facts
I’ll def have to check it out, then. The most exposure I’ve ever gotten for them is Crystal being Johnny Storm’s girlfriend and when the Inhumans participated in the Annihilation Wave + all the other space adventures going on at the time
The most I ever like the Inhumans is when they’re not interacting with other Inhumans, tbh.
DUNGEON DICE MONSTERS
I stayed away from the KNIGHTS imprint because it wasn’t really my cup of tea, it I’ll check out what you’ve mentioned; lord knows how much I love Blackbolt and co as a concept, or when they’re paired against other monarchies.
