If being transgender was the target, they are essentially saying all transgender folks will run over pedestrians and drive off like nothing happened. Since that directly applies to Jenner, it should make their approach a little clearer.

And Mimmsy's "boss" was raped by a whale. I think the point is, don't bring an easily offended attitude to Matt and Trey's creations. Further, trying to apply a level of what's appropriate and what is not is an exercise in futility…

I think Jenner is the clear target, not transgender as a whole.
