I actually got that item before heading to Zora’s Domain. Sooooo satisfying on the walk there.

Yeah, my two biggest problems with this game are rain and weapon durability. I’m actually fine with both mechanics being in the game since they both serve purposes: rain makes you pay attention to upcoming weather conditions which fits the survival theme while weapon durability means you get to try out tons of…
Breath of the Wild is an amazing game, but I do have some gripes with it. My biggest annoyance has to be the rain,…
HOT TAKE.
I’m reasonably confident the manual trans had little to do with pulling the trigger. Also reasonably confident just looking at these guys wrong would have been reason enough to pull the trigger.
Jesus Christ. How worthless of a human being do you have to be to want to steal someone else’s hard earned property and then when you are too inept to use it yourself you have to kill an innocent person?
Feel free to contact me when you’ve done anything impressive.
And who says they dont enjoy speed running. If you don’t like it don’t read it.
Not that I’m generally keen on defending big corporations, but I don’t really see how that’s a bad thing? Like, they’re right: the Switch needs more games than Nintendo themselves can provide to be an attractive prospect to an audience beyond Nintendo core fans, and offering incentives to indies to port and/or…
I agree with this statement, I’m certainly guilty of being less than critical of games that I’ve gotten for free.
If I were Nintendo I’d be pulling all the stops to get Capcom to make a Switch-exclusive Monster Hunter, built from the ground up for the hardware. That would really get the system to take off in Japan, assuring support from Japanese devs and publishers. I’ve said this many times already, but I truly believe that and…
yea the notification window is fucking horrendous now.
You forgot the part where they took all the functionality out of the notifications window by mashing everything into on big list. Why would they do this!?
Thanks. I remember seeing that thing out of the corner of my eye for the first time and being absolutely stunned at how beautiful it was.
Kirk wrote an entire post about how much it adds to the game. I started doing that once I’d gotten more comfortable with exploration. It’s really nice. Make the surprise discoveries and quiet traveling even better.
I really like that ending ^^
Reminds me for some reason of that British guy who, after his phone was stolen, texted to himself the entire script to Shakespear’s MacBeth. The phone had a character limit, so the thief would, throughout the day, periodically get the next part of the script, driving him insane.
I’m actually really glad they dropped the extra stuff, the Switch is fast and the OS isn’t annoying.
With the recent releases of Yakuza 0, Nioh, Horizon Zero Dawn, Zelda Breath of the Wild, and the upcoming Bier Automata and Mass Effect Andromeda... yeah, good luck trying to get players back into your game, Hello Games. You’ll need it.
The technical precision it takes turns it into something really special, I think. I’ve done some speedrun tricks just to learn them. It took me almost five hours to skip the Door of Time in OoT. Some people can do it blindfolded. More power to them, I say.
