Playing splitscreen games where the 2nd player was on it was an excellent use.
I don’t have the game, but supposedly ZombiU used it very well too.

Not a whole lot of examples though tbh, best use was the fact that someone else could play it while I watched TV.

This seems like the cheaper solution honestly.
A whole lot of this thread is folks being cynical, but people just need to admit this are looking pretty awesome so far for the switch.

If you are into that genre of souls-esque games there is a free title called LetItDie.
Also Salt and Sanctuary which was good too! (That one may have not been exclusive)

The only time I haven’t seen it utterly destroy a relationship is when both parties drop it totally and completely 100% forgive and/or forget.
I’ve seen people act it out, only to find out a year or two later that the cheater still feels oceans of regret and can’t do it anymore.
Then you have 13years’ case too.

Imo,

VERY GOOD

You know I loved Last Remnant, but sadly never beat it due to how unbelievably long it was.
I made it to the 2nd disk and realized I wasn’t invested enough to finish because I was burned out.

You may not agree, but it seems like they are popular at least.

Huh TIL.

I like sensible responses.
We have way too many people these days that are either at 0% and apathetic, or 200% and loosing their goddamn minds.

They added a lot of DLC for Hyrule Warriors for the WiiU.
Not sure if it is all the same stuff that the 3DS got, but it was quite a bit.

I ordered some $1,500 in computer parts for a friend to build a gaming PC and they left the entire delivery on my doorstep rather than taking it to the apartment complex.
It is very bad at times.

This is the actual story right here.
Kotaku has done a few articles on QA crews and the work conditions.
I recommend reading up on them to everyone to get some more insight into game development.

Oh I dunno, possibly because the switch is a mobile device too?
AS for a sequal probably not, but maybe a spiritual successor of some sorts.
The first has been fiscally successful as far as I know, which lays perfect grounds for a better future effort.

Ha! Weird, a lot of folks around me figured it all out.
That had to be fun to see though!

It’s fine! I read it as Peer to Peer (same thing) and though maybe my internet lingo was out of date so I overthought it. I’m not sure on that though.
I have watched friends play them over shoulders and such, but haven’t actually gotten to invested in handhelds myself.

They are full games, no P2P (Pay to Play?)

I undestand that, but I think they could be developed around.
I don’t know many folks who used the camera gimmick anyways.

The non rewarding grind for leveling up is what killed it for me.
Plus trading and battling people near you.

I’m hoping they look into a Pokémon Go 2, and put it on the switch, or if mobile it is better put together with customer expectations in mind.

I mean mobile games are fine, there is a market for that, and they have a right to get a piece of that pie if they want it — I’m excited for Nintendo to branch out, we are seeing Nintendo stuff on a platform outside of Nintendo.

Your comment on DLC is a little strange, as far as I have seen that isn’t common stuff.
Har

Yea the wording is piss poor for sure.
Could be a mis-translation? 1 purchase gets (stuff), but said stuff will be released at both point A and B.
Rather than working it in a way that sounds scummy.
