I think the bigger issue here is the whole Tenure practice in and of itself. But I can see your argument, you make a strong case. Wish we could factor in other elements such as paid maternity leave and how long a nursing mother stays away from teaching vs. the others etc etc

Yea because the mayor now works in the traffic courts and sends out personal letters and hospital bills to every person that needs it.
