Setting aside all outlet concerns, the dock is DC powered. As long as you use the right wall adapter/converter/transformer, you can use the same dock anywhere in the world.

IIRC, 173 only needs to be observed during maintenance. It can only move when it’s not being directly observed. It’s also only actively hostile when humans are present.
