I am actively scared shitless by Minecraft. I have spilled drinks, knocked over bongs, slammed my knees on the table etc etc. I don’t think that’s happened with many horror games I’ve played.

I’m not sure—- The Institute is located deeeeep beneath the CIT Ruins. There is a quest that triggers certain events so you can gain access. You can’t just go through a door (not trying to spoil anything else).
