I'm a fan of both DC and Marvel, but I will never forgive DC for introducing a character like Damage and then pretty much letting him fall by the wayside and retconning his background later and then letting him fall to the wayside again...such potential wasted.

Ever seen Dragonball/DBZ, they where weighted clothing to give extra weight when training...it's like wearing ankle weights for a runner...if I can do a 10.0s in the 100 meter while wearing 10lb ankle weight...how fast could i do it without the ankle weights.

In some representations, telekinetics can "feel/sense" the parts that make up an object...whether it's parts of a car or the molecules/atoms of that part...if they can sense each part, they can manipulate it...
