I think it’s really acute in situations where the particular character or IP is very old, and was founded decades ago when either conditions were very different or when the content creator themselves wasn’t trying to make a very fine tuned statement about society.

In related news, Riccitiello’s young son said that claims about cookie theft are “bullshit” and that the jar his hand was in was a coffee jar that had been repurposed to hold cookies. “If you understand the context,” the younger Riccitiello said after wiping away crumbs, “it’s clear that I was not caught with my hand

The Steam Controller was released 7 years ago and has EVERY feature mentioned here. But lacked a dpad and second analog stick. It used the track pads to simulate them. But the back buttons were there.

The Deck removed pretty much all the reasons the Steam controller was so polarizing though, having both a dpad and a right stick.

Wouldn’t the steam decks controller be the next iteration of the steam controller?

The touch pads on the Steam Deck are so much better implemented than on the DualShock 4/DualsSense that Sony should be embarrassed. I’m glad that Sony continues to support them, because they are useful, but they definitely need some work.

“At best reach equilibrium faster” is enough to make a difference in many cases. Though you’ll want a fan actually blowing at the casing of the Switch, not just general air circulation. But sitting right in front of a house fan would totally make a difference to the functional temperature range of the console.

For the scant few countries that still base their temperature scale on 16th-century guesses at the freezing point of an obscure brine, that works out to between 41 and 95 degrees Fahrenheit.”

Can we retire cultural measurement whining once and for all? Like, congratulations. Your ancestors murdered so many people they

I look forward to the reveal trailer for the Switch Pro / New Switch / Switch Too rehashing the first trailer for the Switch, but instead of hip young urbanites playing on a park bench or a rooftop they’re all trapped indoors. A catchy pop song plays as we see brief snippets out their window and news stories on TVs of

Hopefully the Switch Pro will be designed with a hotter planet in mind.

I mean... I think that’s disingenuous when it comes to discussing video in/out codex support.

There are a lot of websites that use Facebook commenting. Despite FB trying to make people use their wallet names, the comments tended to be the most toxic.

It will be the only system that won’t be able to run Skyrim.

I vote that we ignore Polium and call it a TWOUYA.

Leave it to the cryptobros to promise a computing device that will never run Doom.

I’m afraid that the criticism of this post is missing the mark and you’ll take the wrong lesson. Its important you know how unfunny it is. Not because it’s politically incorrect or too edgy. It’s just not funny or clever. First off the purple tie and suit detail adds nothing.  It’s just extra words that’s trying to

I was curious about the sort of person who would take the time to post that, so I scrolled through their other comments. Every single one of them is a punchline. They come across like a wannabe stand-up comic at open mic night, desperately reaching for a laugh.

This is so nice to make fun of someone with a disability

Elon Musk is way, way uglier inside and out.

Someone should tell him he can’t say “I’m sorry” so he’ll feel it’s that much more urgent for him to say it.
