Seriously his brother needs a beat down. That shit is low. In a way your relationship never ends cause you have to interact with your brother. These are the types of things where it causes family members not to talk for years. 

It’s a possibility, certainly--but what a shitty, shitty story if it is one, and all the moreso if he actually has a brother (who will now be regarded as a cad), and for any woman he might have dated in the last few months, who will undoubtedly be the target of scorn for many would-be internet White Knights.
