I have to chuckle at these guys. It’s like they already have played it for years. 

It’s really, really bad when juries hear that discovery in a case has been willfully destroyed. This can lead to an adverse jury instruction, and a host of other issues. The end result is usually a huge settlement for the Plaintiff. Sounds like Activision/Blizzard deserves it, too. 

Big game companies like EA will always find a way to completely alienate gamers. I won’t buy a game with commercials, and many gamers won’t.
