Hey cunt, that’s what I’ll use from now on. I mean that’s gotta be better than sir/ma’am right? This shit is dumb as fuck.
Great article cunt :-)

i get it, 100%, but language also doesn’t change overnight. this is one of those things that is changing something that’s been in place for a very, very long time. it’s going to take time to change it. and there’s not a very good, natural replacement language option yet either. if there’s something that made sense…
I wish I could give you a thousand stars for this comment.
Someone is always going to be offended now. So use Sir or Ma’am and offend someone. Or not use either and offend someone.
Holy shit, fucking Greg is at it again!
at my ripe old age i’m starting to get called “sir” regularly, and it’s fine. i will always err on the side of indicating respect by using a “sir” or a “ma’am,” and i’ve never had anyone “flip their shit” if i happened to be incorrect (like on the phone, for instance). this kind of feels like a solution in search of a…

Nothing?
If your area picks up food waste, or you have a compost heap, then tear ‘em up small and recycle them that way.
Recycling is important for many reasons:
Idk, maybe it’s just a benefit of living in an area that’s a melting pot of cultures, but none of these are difficult for me, aside from charcuterie, which sometimes slips out as char-cute-ahree if I say it too fast lol.
Just for fun I pronounce it Whore Chester Shire when I put it in my omelet mix.

Stumpy the stabby dindu.
Why should those of us that follow the rules and don't share our account password keep paying higher and higher subscription costs to subsidize those of you that don’t?
This is not a defense of Netflix, and I certainly will not be buying a subscription, but the fact remains I’m amazed they’ve allowed it this long.
I don’t think Netflix will see a huge amount of lost paying customers but I suspect a lot of people who share passwords will not be signing up themselves.
I can’t say how I’ll react. Likely this will force off the folks I’m sharing with. Neither them or I want to be bothered with verifying (past a first time). It’ll make it much easier to decide to cancel it too. I’ve considered ditching it in the past but it’s always “Oh, so-and-so would lose access too” and decided…
The dumbest part of this is doing this “crackdown” and not also offering a multi-family option. When Spotify rolled out this option a couple years ago I happily plunked down more money to let my brother get Spotify (he’s on disability). I get wanting people to pay for the service, but like other people said here,…
