Weird question and slightly off-topic but: My niece is 12 and I'd call her a girl, my sister is 32 and I'd call her a woman. At what point in that age range do I go from calling someone a girl to calling her a woman? 18? 21?

In my experience, everyone who has ever asked me to guest post on their blog has done so with the promise of "more exposure" instead of actual payment. Is there any real advantage to blogging somewhere else for free if you're already blogging for yourself for free?

Best guess? Police departments across the country get free military surplus gear. So while we think of military surplus as tanks, grenade launchers, etc. I would assume some police departments got surplus fatigues as well
