The Duchy is not public funds.
Also, as a parent, perspectives change once you have kids. I can see that happening with the Andrew situation.
I think it’s pretty clear that they want off the PUBLIC dime, so the tabloids can stop chasing and reporting on anything and everything and claim it’s in the PUBLIC interest. Duchy of Cornwall isn’t public money. I mean we can nitpick that the nobility has their wealth on the backs of centuries of oppression, but…
Just had to google, since this seemed odd. Eugenie also went with Jack Brooksbank and they def weren’t married yet.
Is this a standard thing? I’ve never heard of such, and if so sounds a rather handy excuse.
I hope god forgives me, but I half wished for this, just for the irony. But I really don’t wish death on anyone, just wish he’d go away.
Betsy is the one person in the world I love to hate. The entire family, not just her brother, is an entire Firm of evilness. I wish I wish I could find the segment I heard on the radio several years ago, back when she was just trying to destroy education in Michigan, but it has stuck with me ever since I heard it.
The lines weren’t at the polls, they were at the clerk’s offices. It was college kids who took advantage of same day registration, in college towns. I mean these kids knew an election was coming and can register at any time, but left it to the last second then got frustrated that the process wasn’t perfect in the very…
Michigan passed an expansive voting expansion amendment to our constitution, this was the first election since.
The DNC didn’t vote for Biden and drive his wins, the democratic base did. You know, black folks, women, older ones who actually vote.
Well, I did some number crunching bouncing around on various Michigan county poll results (state isn’t done yet) and of the few that I looked at that actually separated absentee votes from poll votes, Biden had far more absentee, by a lot. Some counties Bernie actually did better at the polls voting than Biden.
Well, in Michigan, which doesn’t have a strong latinx community, turnout was generally down from 2016 primary except for the suburbs where women turned out to vote against Sanders.
It’s true that Sanders has the bloc of voters. But he doesn’t have them because of pushing the further left. I mean 8% of Sanders voters voted for TRUMP. But Biden has the base, and I’m all about the base....
Absolutely Biden is winning in electability. Why? Because older voters like him, women voters like him, and black voters like him. There you have the democratic base. Sanders didn’t win those groups, Biden did. Sanders actively pisses off many in those groups as well. Who has the hubris to think that one can be…
Rich people shower tho.
Ya, I agree. Oh and my nerd ass is sitting here crunching numbers, and in this particular county, she had 13.2% of the absentee vote. No way of knowing how much of that was marked before she dropped out, but quite similar to Washington, probably about the same if you factor in her election day support votes.
oh, and the Washtenaw County results. https://electionresults.ewashtenaw.org/electionreporting/march2020/index.jsp
How dare you not be an expert on every state’s voting laws!? =)
Libtard insult aside, it’s ableist to boot, I agree white liberals are more irrelevant than poc voters.
