I don’t know...grapes in a traditional mayo based chicken salad is pretty tasty.  I use the standard onions and celery, mayo, chicken, some tarragon, salt, pepper, walnuts or pecans, and grapes, apples, or cranberries.  Depends on what I have in the fruit/nut department.
