So the fact that people you grew up with can sometimes turn out to be horrible is...problematic?

For what it’s worth, here’s the last verse (from an auralcrave.com article):

Truthfully, it’s family ’til it can’t be, gang ’til it ain’t
Twins, but it depends, brothers until somethin’ is uncovered
Dogs until the lifting of the fog
“I always got you,” turns into “Well, I never thought you”
Years of camaraderie suddenly

So does the song end with some sort of “fuck that guy” revelation or just recounts the charges?

Before this ruling, Harlow defended keeping Lanez on a remix of Harlow’s track “What’s Poppin’” even after the shooting and suggested that Lanez wasn’t the one who shot Megan. Harlow told Rolling Stone last year, “It doesn’t feel right as a grown man to speak for other grown men all the time. … One thing’s for sure,

I look forward to the Supreme Court decision that comes up with some tortured rationale for why the Constitution’s Supremacy Clause doesn’t apply to abortion.

Do. And as we all know, once someone makes the slightest bit of nominal effort to gesture towards these things, it is wholly unfair to discuss it with anything but unqualified praise. Especially when that effort is being sold for the person’s benefit.

so we DO or DON’T want men in power positions whose voices are heard by millions to speak out about these things...?

The National Review then published a defense of Clarence Thomas, titled “Justice Thomas Acted Properly and Was Not Required to Disclose His Trips”

It was legal that he didn’t have to disclose his gifts and trips? It must be OK then...

“We are being hammered daily, and I think quite unfairly in a lot of instances. And nobody, practically nobody, is defending us,”

The craven overturning of Roe, upsetting 50+ years of legal precedent, pretty much was the final nail in the coffin for this SCOTUS as far as legitimacy is concerned.

Dear Justice Alito,

I don’ t know - he kinda sounds like a whiny-ass snowflake to me.

Cry about it. And to be clear, the Supreme Court is on a dangerous, relentless campaign to de-legitimize the Supreme Court.

Consenting to the *risk* of pregnancy is not the same thing as consenting to remain pregnant.

This from the party that brought you “the woman’s body can just - you know - shut that down”

No, the reason the Right is “having so much success attacking liberal rights when it comes to bioethics” is a stacked judiciary and gerrymandering, with a helping of misinformation and fearmongering.

So, according to this fool, only women who are willing to be pregnant and carry to term should have sex or be raped.

I mean, if pregnancy is an act between two consenting adults and one of them does not consent to being pregnant...then there’s your case for abortion, right?

I really wish some OB-GYNs or nurses or medical secretaries would just throw their licenses on the fire and name names of these guys’ wives and daughters who have had it done
