Why would one freak out over fender badges?

Hydrogen is horribly inefficient, with the energy losses in electrolysis and in the fuel cell the most problematic. Hydrogen has a system efficiency of 20% (percentage of electricity generated that arrives at the wheels). Battery-powered are close to 70%.

At least in nature. Most natural blues are structural blues, which is why a butterfly blue wings change color when they move. Most artificial blues and most other colors are based on pigments that absorb other colors, rather than on interference.
Have you read the article? Goodyear rated them as good for 75mph when their own data stated that the tires would overheat at that speed, the overheating causing exactly the kind of failures seen.
Yes, but there’s still the ongoing cost of tax (not cheap in Germany), insurance (you can probably get a good low-mileage deal here) and maintenance to pass the inspections. It’s not prohibitively expensive, but it is disposable income that could be used for other things.
But they were not used off-label. They were approved for highway use by Goodyear. I fail to see how the manufacturers could have caught that - they would have had to have equipment for measuring tire temperature at speed, and would have had to know the tire’s maximum safe temperature. Information Goodyear did not…
Just look at the article. Examples include Bernal, Krause, Mattiaci - in fact, the firstname-and-lastname-then-lastname-only pattern is used pretty consistently throughout the piece. You only need to mention the first name again if there are several people with the same last name mentioned in one article.
I disagree with you in one point: In the west, in reporting, the usual practice is to introduce the subject with their full name, and then referring to them by their last name only. So using “Jia” to refer to Jia Yueting is correct, as is using Krause to refer to Stefan Krause. No “Mr.” is necessary, we are talking…
Quite the opposite. Drum brakes are self-boosting. It’s for disc brakes you really need the engine’s help.
It’s the perfect way to study the data if it supports what they want to say.
Family roadtripper? A Wrangler is a lot of things, but one thing it is not: Good at road trips. If you already have a Jeep to play around with, why not get a comfortable car for the other duties?
Nutella is not a particularly good nut/chocolate spread. There are quite a few ones with more nuts and less sugar and palm oil that taste way better. REWE‘s store brand being just one.

Nah, a shoe (inside) mainly has germs your body is used to (presupposing decent foot hygiene). Your immune system will be fine. Remember, you are, by number of cells, mainly composed of germs anyway.
Yes. It is not uncommon that onlookers react with “idiot” and “asshole” to a loud car (Hamburg, Germany).
I don’t get the hate these cars get. Except for the transmission (finally fixed in the third generation and not an issue with the electric ones), they are not bad and excel in the crowded inner cities of Europe.
Uber demonstrating a lack of corporate responsibility? I say, I’m shocked. Shocked.
Following the signals? If she had followed the signals, she wouldn’t have been on the tracks.
Now you’re just trying to argue about taste. We get it, the Chiron is not to your taste. That is fine. It doesn’t have to be.
Oh boo-hoo. Stop sulking.
