Oh, great...

A friend recently did that at my house with my 360 and Kinect 1.0. We decided to watch the Twilight Zone on Netflix and he was absolutely determined to get to it with the Kinect. Every time I reached for my controller, he'd just yell "Xbox, Off!"

Long story short, it didn't work AT ALL. After 20 minutes, I had to…

As someone who just built a new gaming PC and doesn't own an XB1 (or PS4), I can with confidence that I wouldn't have known which was which without labels. Why people feel the need to exaggerate small differences is beyond me. I guess you have to justify your purchase somehow.

Same here. And I have to say, the so-called competitive edge given by a keyboard and mouse is pretty exaggerated at times. I used a 360 controller on the Titanfall beta and it was a fantastic experience.

I'm going to put it on a flash drive and throw it in a vault...just in case.

I guess it depends on how smart they are. I can't say I'd enjoy playing a game where the AI was as smart as a real person, especially if it was 1 v 1 billion like in most single-player shooters. Maybe that could be evened out by giving the enemies less health. I don't know.

That's exactly what I think has happened, actually. I simply enjoy reading people's specs, despite the lack of utility.

Why do I like it? I'm really not sure. I just enjoy seeing the different configurations I guess.

It looks great and all, but they really could do a better job with the trailers. There's no escalation at all. It's just a bunch of camera angles to the Morrowind theme. That's not very exciting.
