Small nitpick, but is anyone else bothered with the image that the PS1 and PS2 are in their original forms and the PS3 shown is the smaller model? Making my OCD flare up.

Not only is the 3DS getting "Tri" with a new coat of paint, it's also on deck to get Monster Hunter 4.
This is my take on it. 10 years appears to be about when people get tired of their old television and start looking at new ones, probably since TVs are viewed more as a appliance rather than must-have technology. It took this most recent generation of consoles (mostly in the second half) to push 1080p screens into…
I see this as most likely. The same way Mother 3 was released as a patch for those with their "legally owned" ROMs.
*edit* Fuck. Didn't mean to post this.
You mean the sales that surpassed the Xbox and the PS3 during the same length of time after launch?
Yeah, that was what I had meant.
Because you use the buttons more than the stick, unless all you play is CoD.
Don't even think about mentioning YouTube, where the video is actually located. Calm the fuck down redditors, you're not the only place on the internet. And the first place I personally saw this was on Screwattack.
It's kind of irritating sometimes. They have some people so frightened that people will slam on their brakes if they see ANYONE near a cross-walk, whether or not that pedestrian was waiting to cross.
Launch lineup was pathetic compared to what? PS3 had a disaster of a launch. The headline game of the 360 was Perfect Dark Zero, a game that was loathed by many. PS2 didn't have any titles that'd really stay in the history books. N64 only had two games. I'm really getting the feeling that not many people bitching…
"Nintendoland and New SMB are games which are forgotten more or less already while Mario 64 was a game spoken about for years "
The promise has been honored. Wii and VC games are indeed playable. Get pissed if they take away that option, not because of a hypothetical situation you dreamed up.
About as ok as I am with Sony removing features from my phat PS3...
They're also under no obligation to support Wii purchases at all on the Wii U. Demonizing them for giving people an option is a tad overbearing.
There isn't an excuse. This isn't an ideal solution. It could be a lot worse though, Nintendo could have simply made everyone buy it again. It's not like other companies are innocent of being friendly to past purchases. Sony slowly phased out PS2 disk support, then started releasing the PS2 downloadable games I think…
Calm down. He's given up on making points two posts ago, now he's just trolling.
Pretty sure my Vita doesn't add any new features in it's emulator, apart from assigning the touchscreen as buttons. That goes for emulating both PS1 and PSP games. iOS is a bit of a moot point, what with the iPad versions of many games being separate from the iPhone/iPod version.
While I respect that you have a feel for things where you're at, this is a matter of looking at country-wide trends as a whole. Side-by-side the 3DS outsells the Vita by a wide margin. If a multi-platform game comes out, it's should affect sells neutrally, as it's available to both systems. Will this necessarily be…
"A MH4 on a Vita in Japan, will sell more systems than the 3DS with MH4."
