Probably because there aren't any other users on windows phone... Same reason there are hardly any viruses on OSX — the target market is just too small for the effort.

I think you haven't really tried it out that much then. Once you get used to it, your accuracy when playing FPSes improves dramatically. Playing with a controller will feel strange and you'll probably think it's too slow afterwards. Plus the customization with a keyboard and mouse is leagues beyond what you can do…
