I’m still gonna check it out (because new Constantine series, gimme!), but I, too, am extremely disappointed. Matt Ryan is to Constantine as Mark Hamill is to voicing Joker, or RDJ is to Iron Man. Just can’t envision anyone else in the roles.

And just like that I’m interested in Magic again. That is some seriously adorable artwork and I, too, believe there could be a bit more levity to things. Sign me up.
That’s 136 grams of sugar in one sitting! You’re a madman!
“It would be nice to get my dad back.”
No lie, I squeal loud enough to scare my cat when I saw this. I have a deep love for Legend of Mana and I cannot wait for this. I’ve only played it a billion times. What’s once more?
I don’t know if this is the kind of advice you’re looking for, but here’s what I do:
Oh, this is pretty darn exciting! It looks beautiful! Count me all in on this mod.
Just keep an eye on Play Asia! There’s at least a 99.9% chance this game will get a general “Asia” release for China and east-Asia countries, which means that, at a minimum, we’ll have Japanese with English subtitles. I know I’m gonna be checking the front page of the store every single day for this.
How exactly does this guy want us to help ourselves? Should we grab same tools and go fix the power grid? Should we learn how to repair and replace the water main that burst and dropped our water pressure to nothing? Shall we go chop down the trees in the city park so we can get a fire going because the power’s been…
I had no idea these things exist. They’re super cute! How can something somehow be both sci-fi/futuristic looking and old school. Now I kind of want one, too.
This is friggin’ fantastic and it makes so much sense. Tifa is pretty much made to be a crossover character. She just fits so much better in a fighting game.
Absolutely, here you go, my good man. I have to put it in actual quotes since I can’t get the Kinja quote thing to work:
I suppose we read two different books then, because the relationship between the characters was not a glowing representation of a healthy relationship between a husband and wife.
They might not want to admit it, but in their hearts they know they’re douches. They know.
Nor would it cover the cost of packaging and shipping that milk or pay the salaries of the truck drivers transporting it.
Frankly, not much? Certainly he created the character and he has a specific way in which he thinks of his own character, but as consumers we also have our opinion of what we think that particular piece of art means. If we think he’s hella wrong, then he’s hella wrong. Full stop.
Honestly, if it weren’t for the price, I’d want to try them all just because of how off the wall they are (and I guess that’s the point). I will argue with you though...
Yes, precisely, all she had to do was keep that nonsense to herself and not inflict it on the public. First Amendment only protects you from prosecution by the government for what you say about the government, it doesn’t protect you from justifiable consequences from your employers.
Who knew someone who bought the remains of a four-year-old girl and turned her into a chandelier might have problematic leanings towards women?
At the risk of greatly alarming my IT Department and HR...
