We're taking into account the bit where you read articles about videos about the movies and the shows, probably watch the videos, then write comments on the videos and the articles, then write replies to the replies to the comments…

I love JJ, though if I'm honest mainly because she has this hyper-Japanese-ness which somehow manages to come out in *everything* she does. She didn't come across really well in this episode, though - her routine was pretty ho-hum and she didn't do anything to stand out. Neither did anyone else in it, which is

I had the same reaction but then I thought, well, we had the advantage of a video package where the choreographer explained exactly what it was gonna be about. Hard to know if you would've 'got' the routine without that. If *all* the judges didn't, it's hard to argue with them. And it was a pretty, er, SYTYCD

The weirdest thing about 'stage v. street' is, if I understood the format right, it will only actually be stage v. street for one week - the finals. Every other week it seems they're going to cut one person from each side.

The auxiliary hall pass is almost as good a gag as the organs, in that episode.

11. Great way to learn about the current cutting-edge in PEDs.

"Now, he’s ready for a post-apocalyptic Michigan! Well, not exactly:
Walter’s version only gets about six miles to a gallon. That’s hardly
efficient enough to survive a hellish wasteland where getting gas is a
little more lethal than popping over to the corner gas station."

Also, the text says "The armor of the troopers in Star Wars has changed significantly from film to film. As we prepare for the beginning of the new trilogy we look back to how this iconic costume has changed…"

That, and also 'not funny'.

yeah, the NBK soundtrack is still one of my favourite albums. Don't forget Nusrat, Lard, the Budapest Philharmonic Orchestra, and Dylan…

Some of their best songs from the period weren't even b-sides: Big Boots, the original Big Ideas, Follow Me Around, the original Motion Picture Soundtrack, and the amazing original version of True Love Waits (with keyboard). Kinda like Smashing Pumpkins' golden period, they couldn't stop writing great tracks.

No, it says something about where rich old guys like to spend October. Just some of 'em can sell out theaters in the evenings.

Badly needs one more question answered: why the hell is it 'C' for cassette and 'T' for CD - ? How did that happen? OK, you started out with 'C' for cassette and then got burned when the 'CD' got invented, but at least make it, I don't know, 'D' or something? Or just change the darn letters?!

Uh, I don't recall it being promoted in any way as a crossover?

"leading to a shot of fish oil that is supposed to be ominous, but comes across as hilarious"

is there anyone else who reads these reviews every week despite not having ever seen a minute of professional wrestling, nor ever intending to do so? I don't know why. Only about half of these words mean anything to me on their own, and when you put them all together they mean nothing at all. But

Hah - that is actually *exactly* one of the examples I was thinking of! It was McEnroe, IIRC, and yeah, I thought he was completely wrong. Foot faults annoy the crap out of me.

Sure, I'm sure all my teams do…and when they get caught doing it, they ought to get punished, because that's how this thing works.

"The footballs used must be within this specific pressure range" is pretty hard to fuzz.
