To be fair to TI, it’s a very fun game as well. It’s just a huge time investment. I haven’t played in a few years but for over a decade we had a regular yearly play of it with my gaming group. It was always the Friday after Thanksgiving. What was nice was that since we knew we’re playing and when, everyone could

I believe I speak for the entire internet when I say that we are so happy you shared that with us.

“…but Hope’s character is in the title of the movie.”

On the flip side, with so much focus on Kang and Janet, Hank and Hope have significantly dialed-back roles. That makes sense for Hank as he’s always been a supporting character, but Hope’s character is in the title of the movie.

Wow. Now I might actually be glad it was cancelled. JFC that’s just messed up.

“Other shows reportedly being considered for the chopping block include Yellowjackets, Billions, Dexter, and The Chi.”

Oh, I know some Yellowjackets fans that will be severely depressed if that one gets cut... (and as an avid appreciator of Melanie Lynskey, I’ll be pretty put-out, too)

I was very sad when Amazon canceled The Tick. It was magic.

Netflix is particularly bad. The Order and I Am Not Okay With This deserved more episodes.

That’s...that’s a...

I came here for Space: Above and Beyond, because it *was* great, and had a pretty devastating finale.

The only good thing about that is that The Tick is indestructible

I have the same feelings as you about Firefly since I read about that planned plot development. While I’ll always be sad that we only got 2/3 season + 1 movie, at the same time, we dodged a bullet on some truly problematic storytelling. At least it got a conclusion.

Wow. I seriously thought I’d be the only one to mention Caprica. The premise laid out for season 2 looked quite compelling. I was certainly sad to see it go.

Those are some really good choices, especially American Gothic.

The Tick was a great show!

American Gothic was a weird little show, but maybe the only network TV series that ever felt like a Stephen King novel. That was the first time I saw Gary Cole or Sarah Paulson.

+1 for Space Above and Beyond

Savage Worlds was sold out last week too, IIRC. Maybe a short term thing, but a lot of people are looking at other options at the least.

But Capaldi is the best of the modern Whos.
