Guy was an idiot and legally most likely should have been arrested. At the very least, he should have been whatever the equivalent of being sent to the principal’s office in the UK military. Seems for now to have worked out without major issues for anyone though.

I imagine I’ll be in the minority but I can’t stand it. It’s much more “off balance” symmetrically. The gap in the cover art caused by the “standard” banner on Forza is ugly also.

The fact that Earthbound didn’t get a re-release until the 3DS (or WiiU, I can’t remember) is just weird. It’s one of the best games on the SNES and it seems Nintendo is trying to bury it. I know it’s gotten representation in Smash, but give us more legal opportunities to play it again.

They’ve said they’re working on making their TOS even more clear. Whether that happens or makes a difference is yet to be seen.
