I had an issue upgrading to 4.0.1 WITHOUT an encrypted backup.. I had to encrypt my backup just to upgrade it.

Scrolling is kinda laggy. It's good for BlackBerry, but I'd rather hold them to the same standard as everyone else, not coddle them because they've been incredibly crappy lately.
