All The President's Men, 1976. Close enough for the theory.
The Charlotte/Dana stuff is great, except no one's going to root for Dana when Charlotte finally flips out and beats the crap out of her.
Seth Rollins was on the second outrigger.
It wouldn't leave anyone else for the New Day to feud with, unless next week doesn't lead to a Jeri-KO breakup and the Canadians decide to seek tag title glory. So I agree: most likely, it was what it looked like and wasn't the set-up to a feud.
Enzo and Cass are New Age Outlaws 2.0, which is fine for now, but at some point we'll get full solo Cass and Enzo either as a manager-type or a cruiserweight.
I need another full Bullet Club tease in my life, but I can wait until the Rumble until it comes to fruition. https://streamable.com/qz9p
It's possible that this was an angle to set up a feud with Bullet Club, but … unlikely. I think they just did the job on the way out the door, like professionals do.
Did someone say The Wire: The Musical? https://www.youtube.com/wat…
The CLEANER. Holy shit, last weekend.
Yeah, seriously, seven straight matches wasting Cesaro against Sheamus? Ugh. This is not exactly Booker T vs [He Who Shall Not Be Named].
I'd say Dead Ringers, but it's at least a fair debate.
It's a testament to how good that miniseries was that Gooding Jr was the worst thing in it. He never quite captured Simpson's charisma and ease.
It did one incredibly awesome thing: Section 230 of the CDA immunizes online publishers from almost all liability for the comments and messages posted on their sites. Without Section 230, there wouldn't be an AV Club messaging board, a Reddit, a DailyKos, any of it — it'd be too burdensome to edit.
Na. Ga. Da. That impression captured the Yankee Wuss pretty well.
How much does it compromise Lesnar's ridiculous charisma and crowd-exciting entrance?
She seems to be making quite a career for herself. I wouldn't deride her as a quota pick.
I still want Heyman to be paired with Nakamura once he's called up. "My client is the KING of STRONG STYLE and let me TELL you what that means…."
My dream remains the Lorne, Wonka-style, turns over the show to either Conan O'Brien or Tina Fey as his Charlie Bucket.
Oldest new cast member since Michael McKean.
